      • A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to confirm your order and initiate the creative process. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule.

    3. Design & Creation:

      • Once your deposit is received and the design is finalized, we will begin creating your custom piece. For photography, this may include scouting locations or arranging flowers for a shoot.

      • Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and availability.

    4. Approval:

      • During the creative process, we may send you updates or progress images for your approval (depending on the nature of the work). We want to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.

      • Once the piece is complete, we will send you a final preview. If any adjustments are needed, we will work with you to make revisions before finalizing.

    5. Final Payment:

      • The remaining balance of your order will be due before delivery or pickup. You will receive an invoice with the final amount, which must be paid before shipping or pickup arrangements are made.

    Cancellation & Refunds:

    • Custom orders are non-refundable once the design process has begun, as they are created specifically for you. However, if you need to cancel the order before work has begun, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
