Custom Order Process:
Consultation:
To start a custom order, please reach out to us at to discuss your vision, specific flowers, colors, or themes in mind, we’ll work with you to create something truly unique.
We may request reference images or additional details to better understand your preferences.
Quote & Agreement:
Once we have all the necessary details, we will provide you with a custom quote for your order. This will include the estimated cost, time frame, and any other details related to your project.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to confirm your order and initiate the creative process. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule.
Design & Creation:
Once your deposit is received and the design is finalized, we will begin creating your custom piece. For photography, this may include scouting locations or arranging flowers for a shoot.
Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and availability.
Approval:
During the creative process, we may send you updates or progress images for your approval (depending on the nature of the work). We want to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.
Once the piece is complete, we will send you a final preview. If any adjustments are needed, we will work with you to make revisions before finalizing.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance of your order will be due before delivery or pickup. You will receive an invoice with the final amount, which must be paid before shipping or pickup arrangements are made.
Design Ownership:
By placing a custom order, you grant us permission to photograph and feature the final piece in our portfolio, website, and social media (unless otherwise requested). If you prefer privacy, please let us know, and we will respect your wishes.
Important Notes:
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or not as described.

Custom orders are non-refundable once the design process has begun, as they are created specifically for you. However, if you need to cancel the order before work has begun, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
If your custom order is damaged during delivery or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will make arrangements for a resolution, including a potential replacement or refund.

Custom Floral Photography & Art Pieces:
All sales of custom floral art pieces and photography are final once the artwork has been created and delivered. Due to the personalized nature of these works, we do not offer refunds on custom orders unless the artwork is damaged or not as described.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference and the circumstances. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for verification.
Non-Custom Artwork (Gallery Pieces):
For non-custom art pieces, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, undamaged condition for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
